NFT Ventures AB is a Swedish public limited company based in Stockholm, whose shares have been traded on Nasdaq Stockholm, since March 2022.

The corporate governance of the company is based on Swedish law, the company’s Articles of Association, internal regulations and ordinances, generally accepted stock market practice, and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”).
